There are NO hidden costs contained within our pricing structure.

We will always provide a formal quotation to customers (accepted by both us and yourself) before we start work.
The quotation will contain a full breakdown of materials and labour required for the job in question.
All materials used on a job will be charged at cost plus.
Payment for work carried out must be paid for in full on completion, by either cash or bank transfer.

Unless a fixed price has been agreed in advance of starting work, our minimum charge is for one hour.

Any time worked over the initial first hour will be charged thereafter in 30 minute segments.

A job lasting 45 mins. will be charged at 1 hour
A job lasting 1hr 20mins. will be charged at 1½ hours
A job lasting 1hr 40mins. will be charged at 2 hours etc.

All materials and labour will have V.A.T. added at the current applicable rate. Bank Holidays will be charged at our Sunday rate.

Our Guarantee

Due to the confidence which we have in the work we carry out for our customers, we are happy to guarantee all materials and labour.

Inevitably, problems do occasionally occur, either during a job or following completion. In any such event, we encourage our customers to tell us about it as soon as possible. In our eyes, it's your right and your problem will be dealt with as a priority - so don't hold back!

Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use the Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.

All materials carry a 12 month guarantee
All appliances have a full manufacturer's guarantee for 12 months or longer
All labour has a 12 month money-back guarantee
We have £2 million liability insurance

Complaints

To ensure we are able to put things right as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction. As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards. In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible.
